Running Effort Recalibrator

Translate your race performance from one distance to an equivalent effort at another. Using the popular Riegel endurance model, this tool allows you to input a recent race time (e.g., your 5k personal best) and see what your predicted time would be for a different distance (e.g., a marathon or a 10k) at the same level of effort. It's an excellent way to set realistic goals for new race distances.
